• Return shipping costs will be covered by Babbu if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

• Unboxing Video Required: Please record a video while opening the package to claim a refund or return in case of damage or defect.

• Packaging Responsibility: Customers are requested to ensure the return product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
