At Babbu, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please read our return and refund policy below:



✅ Return Eligibility

You can return a product within 3 days of receiving it under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products 🛠️: If the product is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Item or Description 📦: If the product you received does not match the order description or is not what you expected, we will accept the return and provide a replacement or refund.



📋 Conditions for Return
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • The product should not have been tampered with or opened for any reason.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Babbu if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

  • 🎥 Unboxing Video Required: Please record a video while opening the package to claim a refund or return in case of damage or defect.

  • 📦 Packaging Responsibility: Customers are requested to ensure the return product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.



🤔 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for products due to a change of mind or if you no longer want the item. Please check your order carefully before confirming.



💸 Refund Process
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after product verification.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank account or mobile payment platform as preferred by the customer.



🔁 Exchange Option

If you want to exchange a damaged product, we are happy to assist and will cover the return shipping cost as well.



🚚 Damaged in Transit Policy

If the item appears damaged at delivery, please reject the parcel or inform us immediately with unboxing proof within 24 hours.



📦 How to Return an Item

  2. Provide Proof 📸: You may be asked to share photos or a video of the product to confirm the issue.

  3. Return Shipping 🚚: We will provide instructions depending on the return reason.
